Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of Ukraine
met on Saturday Serhei Naryshkin,
the Head of the Administration of the President of Russian Federation.
In the course of the meeting the Parties discussed wide range of the issues regarding the bilateral relations.
V. Lytvyn stated that the new condition under which the world is being developing now caused interdependence of the countries that are supposed to develop relations based on the mutual respect and fair cooperation.

in his turn need the Ukrainian-Russian Treaties signed by the Presidents of
Ukraine and Russian Federation in Kharkiv "relay historical and of strategic importance."
the Head of the Administration of the President of Russian Federation also
expressed
hope on the further active cooperation
and intensification of the bilateral; relations in all the spheres.
The Parties also discussed the issues of the further development of the interparliamentary Ukrainian-Russian cooperation and development of the relations in the cultural sphere.
